To promote chemistry, the GÖCH—together with the FCIO (Association of the Austrian Chemical Industry) and the ÖAW (Austrian Academy of Sciences)—awards grants and prizes totaling over €25,000 each year to students and regular members.

 

Outstanding pre-scientific research projects by graduating high school students are recognized with book vouchers and material prizes.

 

ASAC also grants several awards.
